2. Next, please click here to download the online registration form. Please complete the form and attach it in an email to CCNSinfo@gmail.com. *If we do not have your registration form, you are not registered even if you have paid the registration fee!!*
3. Next, please click on the "Pay Now" button below. You will be sent to Pay Pal where you can make a secure payment of $100.00 for the non-refundable registration fee. (Please note that you will be assessed a Pay Pal fee of $3.20, so your total payment will be $103.20.)
4. Your transactions will be time/date stamped to ensure your place in the "registration line". We will be in touch over the next week to confirm your registration.
